SYMPTOMS
========
your computer stops responding (hangs) with a blue screen displaying one of
the following error messages:
**** STOP 0x1E (0xC0000005, 80111e27, 0, 0x00000103) - NTOSKRNL.EXE
Unhandled Kernel exception c0000005 from 80111e27.
Address 80111e27 has base at 8010000 - NTOSKRNL.EXE
0xC0000005 - Access violation.
Offset = 0x11e27

**** STOP 0X1E (0xC0000005, 0x80159679, 0, 0) - NTOSKRNL.EXE
Unhandled kernel exception in 0x80159679 has base at 0x80100000.

STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and Windows NT
Advanced Server version 3.1. A fix to this problem is in development, but
has not been regression-tested and may be destabilizing in production
environments. Microsoft does not recommend implementing this fix at this
time. Contact Microsoft Product Support Services for more information on
the availability of this fix.
